How follow-ups work
Most CRMs store contacts. DueCRM is built around one job: making sure the next touch happens on time — without a spreadsheet, sticky note, or “I’ll remember” lie.
1. Attach a date to every open deal
When you create or update a deal, you set a Remind me on date — today, tomorrow, or a custom day. That date is the contract you make with yourself: this opportunity needs a human touch by then.
No date means it won’t crowd your Today queue. Open deals with dates become the work that matters.
2. Start each day in Today
Today is your follow-up queue. DueCRM pulls every deal that is overdue or due now into one screen, so you don’t hunt across lists.
- Overdue — you promised a touch and missed it. Fix these first.
- Today — scheduled for this calendar day in your workspace timezone.
- Upcoming — coming soon, so you can plan ahead without noise.
3. Log the touch in one tap
Called, messaged, emailed, met, or left a note — log it without opening a form maze. Logging updates your care signal so “hot / warm / cold” reflects what you actually did, not a guess about the buyer.
Done with this follow-up? Mark it complete or snooze to a new remind-me date. Won or lost? Close the deal and clear it from the queue.
4. Get a morning digest (optional)
Turn on the morning email in Settings. Around 7:00 AM in your workspace timezone, DueCRM sends what’s due or overdue — only when there’s something to do. Quiet mornings stay quiet.
Why this beats a spreadsheet
Spreadsheets don’t nudge you. Big CRMs bury reminders under fields you never fill. DueCRM keeps customers, deal status, and the next follow-up date in one loop you can clear on your phone between meetings.
