FAQs

Short answers about DueCRM — what it is, how follow-ups and digests work, and how teams use a workspace.

What is DueCRM? +

DueCRM is a small, focused CRM for follow-ups. You keep customers and deals, set a remind-me date on open work, and clear a Today queue — on phone or desktop — instead of drowning in a full enterprise suite.

Who is DueCRM for? +

Solo founders, freelancers, and tiny sales teams who care most about “who do I contact today?” If you need deep customization, marketing automation, or complex forecasting, a larger CRM may fit better.

Is there a free plan? +

Yes. You can start free with no credit card. When you need more capacity or Pro features, you can upgrade through in-app billing.

How do follow-ups work? +

Attach a Remind me on date to each open deal. DueCRM groups overdue and due items into Today. Log a touch (called, messaged, emailed, met, or note), then mark done, snooze, or close the deal. See the How follow-ups work guide for the full loop.

What is the morning digest email? +

Optional email around 7:00 AM in your workspace timezone listing due and overdue follow-ups — only when there is something to do. Quiet mornings stay quiet. Turn it on in Settings.

Can my team share one workspace? +

Yes. Invite members to a workspace so everyone sees the same customers, deals, and follow-up queue. Roles control who can manage billing, invites, and membership.

How do timezone and currency work? +

Each workspace has its own timezone and currency. Due dates and the morning digest use the workspace timezone so “today” matches where your team actually works.

Does DueCRM work on mobile? +

Yes. The app is built for phone and desktop in the browser — clear Today, log a touch, and set the next due date between meetings without a separate install.

How do I get help or report a problem? +

Signed-in users can open Support in the app to send a ticket. Workspace members can see tickets for that workspace; replies go to the person who raised the issue.

Is DueCRM a full CRM or helpdesk? +

Neither in the enterprise sense. It is a follow-up CRM with customers, deals, due dates, and a light in-app support center for product help — not marketing automation or a full customer support desk.
